These terms apply whenever you buy a script or other digital product from the Snappy Scripts store. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accept them.
Our store runs on Tebex. When you check out, you are buying from Tebex Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and is licensed to sell Snappy Scripts products. Tebex processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles billing questions.
Your licence
Every product is licensed, not sold. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the product on your own FiveM server(s), tied to the Cfx.re account used at checkout. Unless a product page says otherwise, each licence covers one server.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense or redistribute a product, in whole or in part;
- upload a product, or any of its files, to a public website or repository;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to remove the asset escrow protection on encrypted files;
- use a product on more servers than your licence covers.
Breaking these rules ends your licence. We may revoke access to the affected products and report the account to Cfx.re.
Delivery
Delivery is automatic. Once Tebex confirms your payment, the product is added to the Cfx.re account you used at checkout, and you can download it straight away from the Cfx.re portal. Server access for escrow-protected products is granted automatically.
Tebex checkout terms
Checkout is provided by Tebex Limited, so you also agree to the Tebex Checkout Terms. The key points are:
- digital items are licensed to you for personal use on the account used to buy them;
- you must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase;
- except where consumer law requires otherwise, transactions are final;
- if you are banned from the platform after delivery, you are not entitled to a refund.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased. Please read our refund policy before you buy.
Updates and support
Every purchase includes free updates for that product, delivered through your Cfx.re account. Support is provided through our Discord server. We will do our best to help you install, configure and troubleshoot our products, but we cannot support modified copies or conflicts caused by other resources.
Compatibility
Each product page lists the frameworks, inventories and other resources it supports. Please check these requirements before buying. If you are unsure whether a product will work on your server, ask us on Discord first.
Liability
Products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or data, and our total liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information we handle when you use the store, and our cookie policy lists the cookies we set.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you made the purchase.
