This policy explains what personal information the Snappy Scripts website handles, why we handle it and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little: we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
1. Who we are
Snappy Scripts creates and sells FiveM scripts through this website. Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which is responsible for the information you give at checkout (see section 5). For anything in this policy, contact us on our Discord server.
2. Information we handle
- Your Cfx.re username. When you log in with FiveM, Tebex confirms your Cfx.re account and tells us your username, which we use to create your basket and show your name in the header. We also display your public Cfx.re forum avatar, loaded from
forum.cfx.re. - Your basket. A cookie stores the identifier of your Tebex basket so your cart is still there when you come back.
- Your Discord account, if you connect it. Some products need your Discord user ID (for example, to give you a role or whitelist access). If you choose to connect Discord, we receive only your Discord user ID and username. We do not receive your email address or messages.
- Purchase details. After you buy, Tebex shares details of the order with us, such as what you bought and the account details you provided at checkout, so we can deliver and support your products.
- Reviews. If you post a review in our Discord reviews channel, we may show your Discord username, avatar and message on this website.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly log technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
3. Why we use it
- to run your basket, take you through checkout and deliver your purchase (performing our contract with you);
- to provide support and fill in options a product needs, such as your Discord ID (performing our contract with you);
- to keep the site secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests);
- to show customer reviews (our legitimate interests; you can ask us to remove yours at any time).
4. What we don't do
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use analytics or tracking cookies.
5. Checkout and other services
These services handle your information under their own privacy policies:
- Tebex processes payments, billing and refunds as merchant of record. Tebex privacy policy
- Cfx.re provides the FiveM login and delivers your products to your Cfx.re account.
- Discord provides the optional account connection and hosts our community. Discord privacy policy
6. How long we keep it
- Basket cookie: up to 14 days.
- Discord connection cookie: up to 30 days, or until you disconnect.
- Order details: as long as needed to deliver, support and account for your purchase.
- Reviews: until you ask us to remove them.

7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, contact us on Discord. For information held by Tebex, contact Tebex directly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our store is not intended for children. You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our store changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
