All Snappy Scripts products are digital and are delivered to your Cfx.re account the moment your payment is confirmed. Because a delivered script cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased.
Before you buy
To make sure a product is right for your server:
- read the full product page, including the supported frameworks, inventories and requirements;
- watch the preview and read the documentation where they are linked;
- ask us on Discord if anything is unclear. We are happy to answer questions before you buy.
If something doesn't work
A problem with a product is not the end of the road. Message us on our Discord server and we will help you install, configure and fix it. Every purchase includes free updates, so fixes we release reach you automatically through your Cfx.re account.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Payments are handled by Tebex Limited as merchant of record, so any refund required by law is processed by Tebex under the Tebex Checkout Terms.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, your licence for the affected products may be revoked while the dispute is reviewed, and Tebex may restrict your account from future purchases.
